Returns and Refunds

All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are shipped to our customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact customer service immediately.

All International sales are final. Customer is responsible for all applicable tax and duties. No returns and refunds are accepted on international orders (including Greece).

We have a 15-day return policy for Domestic orders. All returns must be sent back within 15 days of receipt for an exchange. We have No Refund Policy. We reserve the right to refuse returns that are (1) shipped after the 15-day grace period: (2) worn; (3) altered; (4) washed; (5) or damaged in any way. All tags must be fully attached at the time of return.

For Domestic (Cyprus) Returns:
Return Shipping is at the cost of the customer and is non-refundable. Returns can also be made at specific brand stores located in Cyprus.

To Return your product for an exchange, you should mail your product to 9 Nikodimou Mylonas, Nicosia, Cyprus, 1070, with the following details:

The exchanged item will only be delivered after the returned item is received and confirmed that it matches all return requirements, as stated above. The exchange item will be sent with FREE DELIVERY (for the 1st exchange only).

We are unable to accept returns for items purchased at other retail locations or other websites.
Sale items are ALL FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.

The shipper must make all claims for packages lost or damaged in transit. NOTOS CYPRUS LTD is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to forces outside of our control such as weather. NOTOS CYPRUS LTD  does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that a return package is lost, stolen or mishandled. We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements at NOTOS CYPRUS LTD sole discretion.
